Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

Every subscription, membership, credit package, or one-time purchase made through StartupTraction.ai is non-refundable. We do not issue full or partial refunds for unused time, early cancellations, accidental purchases, or downgrades.

2. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term you originally selected unless you cancel before the current billing period ends. Renewal charges are also non-refundable.

3. Discretionary exceptions

In the rare event of a confirmed duplicate charge or a verified, continuous service outage exceeding 72 hours, ThirstySprout LLC may—at its sole discretion—provide a refund, credit, or service extension. Any such accommodation is a one-time courtesy and does not create future entitlement.

4. How to request review

Email hello@thirstysprout.com within seven (7) days of the charge. Include your account email, invoice number, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within two business days.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
